The MNM Scales four 1,000 lb stainless NTEP shear beam kit packages four moisture-sealed stainless sensors with four 1/2-20 feet and four spacers for floor, platform, hopper and OEM weighing projects. MNM lists each cell at 1,000 lb and publishes several industry interchange families, which makes this kit relevant both for new builds and replacement work.

Published Stainless Load Cell Specifications
MNM lists rated output at 3.00 ±0.015 mV/V, nonlinearity and hysteresis at ±0.02% full scale, repeatability at ±0.01% full scale and 30-minute creep at ±0.02% full scale. Zero balance is ±1.00% full scale. Input resistance is 385 ±5 ohms and output resistance 350 ±3 ohms, with insulation resistance at or above 5000 megaohms. Excitation is listed at 10 V DC/AC.
Temperature, Cable and Wiring
The compensated temperature range is listed as -10°C to 50°C and operating range as -20°C to 60°C. MNM specifies 120% full-scale safe overload. The published four-wire color code is red +input/excitation, black -input/excitation, green +output/signal and white -output/signal. The listing describes a 6 m cable. Confirm connector and cable requirements before replacing an existing sensor.
Published Interchange Families
MNM lists Artech SS30310, Celtron SQB SS, HBM B35, Revere 9123, Rice Lake RL35023S, Rice Lake RL39123, Sensortronics 65023SS and Coti Global CG-23SS as interchangeable product families. Capacity, dimensions, thread pattern, mounting geometry, mV/V output, bridge resistance and wiring should still be checked against the exact sensor being replaced.
What Stainless Steel Changes—and What It Does Not
Stainless construction and moisture sealing make this kit attractive for environments where corrosion resistance matters. That does not automatically mean every finished system is suitable for high-pressure washdown, immersion or food-contact sanitation. The deck, junction box, indicator, cable entries and mounting hardware must also match the environmental requirement.
Capacity Planning
Four 1,000 lb cells provide 4,000 lb of combined cell nameplate capacity, but the finished scale rating should account for deck dead load, concentrated corner loads, impact, frame flex and safety margin. A 4,000 lb nameplate sum is not automatically a 4,000 lb finished scale rating.
