A&D FZ-2000i production balance applications center on medium-size loads where 2200 g capacity and 0.01 g readability provide a useful combination of headroom and resolution. Internal calibration keeps routine adjustment available at the bench without moving a large external mass in and out of storage.
Batching and packaging
For coatings, resins, adhesives and development batches, calculate capacity from gross mass rather than net display after tare. Comparator and statistical functions can also support package checks and fill studies. If package weight is used for a commercial transaction, establish the required legal-for-trade configuration separately.
Parts and assemblies
The 2200 g range supports larger components, fixtures and assemblies than smaller FZ models. ACAI piece counting can estimate quantities of uniform items. For inventory decisions, use representative samples and verify a known physical quantity before accepting a high-count estimate.
Data capture and capacity selection
Standard RS-232C can transmit results to a PC or printer. FZ clock/calendar functions can support dated output. Choose FZ-1200i for lighter work up to 1220 g and FZ-2000i when larger vessels or fixtures need the 2200 g range. Both retain 0.01 g readability.
