Confirm you have an AD-4406 or AD-4406A before you order. This board replaces the standard RS-232C and cannot share the slot with AD-4406-04 / -05 / -07 / -08. It is not the AD-4406 indicator, not the AD-4406-01A bracket, and not the AD-4405A / AD-4407A -03 boards.
