NTEP & Commercial Use
NTEP certificate 04-019A3 lists EK-6000i as Class III. The counting feature is not legal for trade.
Devices manufactured after February 25, 2020 with a combined “0/T” key must carry a “Not for Direct Sales” marking. Before commercial use, confirm the supplied unit’s configuration, approval markings, sealing and applicable local requirements.
Calibration & Connections
EK-6000i uses an external calibration weight. The factory default is 6000 g. Follow the instruction manual’s warm-up, supported calibration-mass and environmental requirements.
RS-232C is standard. USB connection requires a compatible separate converter and cable; USB is not built in. The optional EKW-09i battery pack and EKW-04i relay output cannot be used simultaneously.
