A&D FC-10Ki Counting Scale, 20 lb × 0.002 lb / 10 kg × 1 g
The A&D FC-10Ki is a parts-counting scale for inventory, kitting and receiving checks. It combines 20 lb × 0.002 lb / 10 kg × 1 g weighing with a bright VFD and 500-item memory.
LED-guided sampling, average-piece-weight entry and Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement (ACAI) help operators build and reuse a representative sample. The count is calculated from average piece weight; accuracy depends on the parts, sample and weighing conditions.

Use representative, consistent pieces and a stable, level scale. Increase the sample appropriately with ACAI and establish a fresh average piece weight for each batch. Keep the initial sample on the pan during ACAI and follow the permitted addition range. Warm up for at least 30 minutes. ACAI does not transfer between the main and remote scale when the unit weight was established on the other scale.
