The Yamato PB-200 is a hands-free pizza / bakery portion scale: removable stainless platform, foot tare, remote LCD. We publish 12.5 lb × 0.01 lb (also 12 lb 8 oz × 0.1 oz / 5600 g × 2 g) from the LPS Yamato dealer sheet, RestaurantSupply, and the MNM sister listing. It is not NTEP. NSF is claimed on food-service dealer pages.
This live slug still says 13 lb × 1 oz. Scales Galore’s PB-200 title says 13 × 0.005 lb while the same page says “available capacity: 12 pounds.” We did not publish the 13 × 0.005 or 13 × 1 oz numbers.
