A&D FX-1200iWP for food production, batching and animal weighing gives users 1220 g capacity with 0.01 g readability in an IP65 external-calibration platform. It suits medium-size ingredients, packaged samples, production checks and moving-object work that needs more gross capacity than a milligram 300 g balance.
Food production and batching
For seasoning, additive and pilot-batch work, tare a standardized container and add materials against written targets. The 1220 g capacity accommodates many real process vessels. Use IP65 for easier cleanup around dust and splashes, but keep the underside out of direct spray and verify after significant washing.
Packaging and fill verification
Comparator limits can support quick package checks, while statistical calculation can summarize repeated fill measurements. Retain individual data when investigation matters because averages can hide outliers. The plain FX-1200iWP is a process model; if package weight is used directly for legal sale, choose the correct approved WPN model.
Animal and moving-object weighing
