A&D FX-200iWP is a 220 g × 0.001 g IP65 precision balance with external calibration, standard RS-232C, ACAI counting, statistics, comparator and underhook capability. It provides more tare and sample capacity than FX-120iWP while preserving milligram readability. The plain FX-200iWP is the standard process model; FX-200iWPN is the separate legal-for-trade configuration.
Performance and capacity
Capacity is 220 g with 0.001 g readability and repeatability, ±0.002 g linearity, an approximately 130 mm pan and about one-second stabilization in FAST conditions. Counting uses 0.001 g minimum unit mass and percent mode uses a 0.1 g minimum 100% reference.
Applications
This model fits food laboratories, formulation, wet QC, electronics, coatings and small-parts work where 122 g capacity is too restrictive. IP65 and interface planning
IP65 supports dust and water-jet protection in the intended configuration, but not immersion or underside spraying. FXi-02 USB, FXi-08 Ethernet and FXi-09 battery options are mutually exclusive and remove IP65 compliance. Use the waterproof RS-232C cable when the serial connection must preserve the wet-environment configuration.
Calibration and maintenance
External calibration uses 200 g or 100 g values. Level and stabilize the balance, calibrate with an appropriate reference and verify afterward with an independent known mass.
