A&D HL-3000WP for food, bakery, seafood and wet packaging provides 3 kg capacity with 1 g readability on a compact 128 mm square pan. It is ideal when workspaces and containers are small; choose HL-3000LWP when bowls or trays need more support.

Food prep and bakery
Use cups, compact bowls and trays for ingredients, dough portions, toppings and fillings within 3 kg gross capacity. One-gram readability supports many food tasks, while very small additives need a finer scale. Tare does not increase capacity, so include the vessel in load planning.
Seafood and wet products
IP65 stainless construction supports damp products and cleanup. Use liners or trays, disconnect the adapter before washing and verify after sanitation. Broad seafood trays may overhang the small pan and touch the housing; choose LWP or another larger platform in that situation.
Wet packaging
The scale can perform manual package checks near wet lines. It does not have comparator lights, stored limits or electronic output, so operators read values directly. For regulated price-by-weight use, specify the separate HL-3000WPNF legal-for-trade configuration rather than the standard WPF process model.
Small-pan decision
Choose the small pan for compact vessels and crowded stations. A container that touches the bench or scale body will under-read. The 174 × 137 mm HL-3000LWP pan gives more support without changing 3 kg capacity or 1 g readability.
