A&D SK-10KWP for meat, seafood, produce, bakery and wet packaging gives operators 10 kg capacity with 5 g readability in a compact NSF-compliant IP65 scale. It fits higher-volume portions and ingredient containers while remaining portable enough for changing production stations.

Meat and seafood processing
The stainless pan and IP65 enclosure support wet cuts, fillets, trays and bulk portions. Use compatible food-safe containers and sanitation procedures, disconnect the adapter before washing and verify after cleaning. Five-gram readability is appropriate for larger products, not tiny seasoning additions.
Produce and market preparation
Produce bags, baskets and moderate boxes can be checked within 10 kg gross capacity. The container must sit safely on the 232 × 192 mm pan without touching another surface. Battery operation makes the scale useful for market preparation and temporary stations where an outlet is inconvenient.
