A&D SK-20KWP for produce, ingredient bins, food cases and wet receiving provides 20 kg capacity with 10 g readability in a portable IP65 stainless scale. Produce boxes and bags
Use the scale for produce bags, baskets and moderate boxes within 20 kg. Battery power supports markets and temporary prep stations. A wide box can bridge against the bench or scale housing, producing a low reading. Confirm stable full support on the pan or use a larger platform.
Ingredient bins and food cases
Bulk ingredients, meat trays and food cases can be checked when ten-gram increments fit the process. Tare the empty container but include it in gross capacity. For small additives, use a precision scale separately. Clean the pan and support area after dusty or sticky ingredients to maintain zero return.
Wet receiving and process checks
