What Cypress uses the 220 kg pan for

Pete at pete@allscales.com, (832) 766-5410, puts this HW-200KC on process batching, bag fill, and checkweigh where 0.02 kg on 220 kg is the spec and nobody is selling by the pan. IP65 on the base is hose-the-pan, not a food legal-for-trade claim. For washdown NTEP food work, start with food, washdown & NTEP and the washdown chooser. Bench leaf: bench scales. How Cypress uses the 220 kg HW-C pan

The HW-200KC is the process bench we put under a 150 kg tote when the drawing calls 0.02 kg and nobody is selling by the pan to the public. Four on the live listing. $997.50. Large 15.4 × 20.9 in stainless. IP65 on the base so you can hose the pan. Column LCD with the 5-step LED comparator that A&D puts on this HW-C family. That comparator is why a fill line likes this body more than a compact 4000 g Everest.

GSC had this URL unknown. This article is the referring URL so the 500 lb × 0.05 lb leftover slug and the 220 kg nameplate finally have a Cypress page. Clone HW-200KC URLs may exist. Write to this slug. Intrinsically safe HW-200KCEP bodies at $1,998–$2,998 are a different carton and a different conversation. Do not order the IS body because the model string looks similar.

External calibration is user-selectable on the live page. We do not ship a certified 200 kg mass in this carton. If you want a known mass on it before the truck, say so — Cypress bench, Texan-tested language if a small weight comes up, never Texan-certified. Legal-for-trade mass is an HV-C conversation plus place-in-service.

D cells are optional power, about 1200 hours, and they are not in the carton. AC adapter is in the carton. USB and RS-232 are optional boards, not in the carton. Printer is HW-200KCP. The smaller process cousin is the HW-60KC at $859.23 — 150 lb × 0.01 lb, 13.0 × 16.7 in pan, also not NTEP. The washdown chooser already used that 60 kg pair.
