Handheld hanging, not a crane
The ElectroSamson is an ABS handheld with a built-in grip, a steel lift bar, and an S-hook. 0.6 in LCD. Tare, hold, memory tare. 9 V alkaline in the box. Padded pouch in the box. Net about 0.95 lb. The crane we put next to it on the same call is the Brecknell CS-1000 — 1000 lb × 0.5 lb, $563.98. That is a die-cast hanging crane with a remote, a rechargeable pack, a shackle, and a latch hook. What is the heaviest piece you will hang, not the brochure maximum? 99 lb is the ceiling. A 120 lb casting is a CS-1000 conversation.
Are you holding the grip, or hanging the scale from a hoist? Handheld is ElectroSamson. Overhead is crane.
Do you need hold for a one-person lift? Hold is on the SA3N340. Memory tare stays through power-off on Brecknell’s page.

22 lb and 55 lb ElectroSamson bodies are different live SKUs. Do not order 99 lb and hope it reads 0.02 lb.
If the 9 V dies in a week, check auto-off and a leaking cell before you blame the scale. We will not invent a spare 9 V SKU here. Grab a quality alkaline and call if the head still dies.
22 lb, 55 lb, and the 99 lb we actually send
Brecknell builds three ElectroSamson capacities. 22 lb × 0.02 lb, 55 lb × 0.05 lb, and this 99 lb × 0.1 lb. Cypress puts the 99 lb in a Houston truck when the dock does not know the next carton size. If you only hang 15 lb feed bags, the 22 lb body is the finer digit — ask, do not assume this 99 lb page is the only ElectroSamson we have.
Hold is the feature that makes a one-person lift possible. Memory tare keeps a crate tare through auto-off. Auto-off after about two minutes is how the 9 V lasts an afternoon. If you leave it on in a truck cup holder, you will call us about a dead cell that is not the scale. The pouch has a belt clip on Brecknell’s brochure. Use it. The ABS grip is not a crane shackle.
We have seen a dock try to hang 200 lb of chain on an ElectroSamson because it was in the glove box. That is how a lift bar bends. Capacity is 99 lb. Overhead and anything you should not hold is the CS-1000 or a house crane kit. House kits are always MNM Scales — full name. Leaf for overhead: crane scales. Leaf for handheld: hanging scales.

Is this legal for trade?
The live page prints no NTEP CoC. Treat it as process. Texas sales by weight need an NTEP device placed in service — NTEP in Texas.
Can I hang it from a crane?
It is a handheld. For overhead, start with the CS-1000 or a house crane kit. Always MNM Scales on the house kits we build in Cypress — never a bare house nickname.
