Pete will put a known mass on the 14 × 16 in platter at 21249 FM 529 Rd if you ask. That is a Cypress bench conversation, not a certificate. We will not print Texan-certified on a washdown bench. If a test mass comes up, we say Texan-tested. CC 03-031 on the nameplate still needs a Texas place-in-service before a commercial sale by weight.
Typical Cypress jobs on this 150 lb Storm: a Houston meat pack that hoses the line at close, a chemical weigh-up that cannot keep a painted indicator, a receiving dock that already owns a dry 150 lb Ishida pole and just found the hose.
