What we check on FM 529 before it ships
The IGX-150 is the bench we put on a Houston packing line when the operator is standing and the boxes are 40–120 lb. Pete will put a known mass on the platter at 21249 FM 529 Rd if you ask. That is a Cypress bench conversation, not a certificate. We will not print Texan-certified on a checkweigh bench. If a test mass comes up, we say Texan-tested. A legal-for-trade place-in-service in Texas is still required even with CC 05-020 on the nameplate.
Typical Cypress jobs on this 150 lb body: a fulfillment counter that outgrew the iPC, a food pack line that needs HI/LO without a washdown head, a receiving dock that already owns a 30 lb portable and just found a 90 lb carton. We have also seen a shop try to stand the IGX in a hose-down room because the stainless cover looked wet-rated. The cover is stainless. The die-cast base and 120 VAC pole are not a washdown carton. Hose-down is a different post and a different SKU.

The pole is why a standing packer can tare without bending to an 11 in LCD. The VFD is why a dim Houston warehouse still reads the last digit.
