How we match length and the connector in Cypress

The failure we see most is not a clean open. It is a 2 lb jump that comes and goes when the jacket flexes at the cell boss. That is a broken conductor inside a 20 ft 4-wire, not a new disk. Photograph the boss, the indicator plug, and a ruler on the remaining jacket. We match from those three pictures. If you cannot send pictures, bring the cell to 21249 FM 529 Rd. What fails when you grab a look-alike cable
